YouSeeTube does not use automatic subscriptions or auto-debit. Every payment is made manually by you. When you pay, you choose a billing period โ monthly or yearly โ and your plan access is activated for that period. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew manually.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We never store your payment details.
The Free plan is entirely free of charge. No payment is ever collected, and therefore no refund is applicable. The Free plan exists so you can evaluate YouSeeTube before deciding to pay โ please use it for that purpose.

Each payment gives you access for the chosen period. When the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. There is no automatic charge โ renewal requires a fresh manual payment from you.
A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of your payment date, subject to the condition below.
To request a refund (if eligible):
Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date are not eligible. The service access has been provided for that period. This applies to both monthly and yearly payments โ partial refunds for unused months on a yearly plan are not offered.
When your paid period expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You do not lose your account or saved data โ you simply lose access to paid features until you make another payment. There are no penalties or charges for not renewing.
Refunds due to a billing error or a significant service outage caused entirely on our end will be processed promptly, regardless of the 7-day window or free-plan history. All other exception requests are considered at our sole discretion.
